Having completed their four-year residency, a standard stage of graduate medical training that is required to obtain an unrestricted license to practice medicine, several of the graduates will be continuing their early careers with fellowships, two at Pine Rest.
Dr. Mark Eastburg, president and CEO of Pine Rest, said the institution has been seeking to be part of the national solution to the behavioral health access problem for the past seven years through the development of its residency program.
